These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Feasable Technologies CC ("Feasable", "we", "us", or "our") and any user, client, or entity ("you", "your") accessing or utilizing our digital infrastructure, software products, or consultancy services.

By accessing any Feasable property or engaging our services, you unequivocally agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

Feasable reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our infrastructure following any such modification constitutes your consent to the revised Terms.

Feasable Technologies operates a comprehensive ecosystem of digital products. By utilizing specific divisions of our infrastructure, you are subject to both these General Terms and the applicable service-specific agreements:

• Feasable Platforms: The development, deployment, and management of dedicated software architectures, systems, and enterprise applications.
• Feasable Payments: Financial routing, transaction processing, and integration of payment gateways. Subject to strict AML and KYC compliance.
• Feasable Ads: Programmatic advertising, marketing campaign distribution, and digital real estate management.

We operate under a paradigm of uncompromising security. All data processed through Feasable infrastructure is handled with enterprise-grade encryption protocols and strict access controls.

You retain absolute ownership of your data. We do not sell, license, or monetize your proprietary information. Our mandate is solely to process, protect, and optimize your digital assets in accordance with our engagement agreements and applicable data protection laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Feasable Technologies CC, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, our services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed strictly in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Namibia.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms, our services, or any business relationship shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Namibia.

Feasable Technologies CC operates in full compliance with the directives and regulatory frameworks established by the Business and Intellectual Property Authority (BIPA) and the Namibia Revenue Agency (NamRA).
