Privacy Architecture
Feasable Technologies CC
Last Updated: 2026-05-23
At Feasable Technologies CC, we construct digital architectures. We understand that data is the lifeblood of modern enterprise. We protect your data, and the data of your customers, with the same fanaticism and security standards we apply to our own infrastructure.
1. Namibian Data Protection Context
While operating globally, we are anchored in the Republic of Namibia. We proactively align our data architecture with the principles outlined in the impending Namibian Data Protection Bill, as well as global standards like the GDPR. Privacy by design is not an afterthought; it is baked into the platforms we build.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to engineer your success:
- Corporate Identity: Business registration details (BIPA), tax information (NamRA), and executive contact information necessary for establishing B2B contracts.
- Financial Data: For Feasable Payments, we process banking details required for settlement routing. We do not store full credit card PANs on our primary servers; this is offloaded to PCI-DSS compliant vaulting partners.
- Platform Telemetry: For clients under our N$ 1,500/mo maintenance tier, we collect server logs, uptime metrics, and performance analytics to ensure your platform remains structurally sound.
3. How We Use Data Across Our Pillars
Feasable Platforms: To provision servers, secure domains, and maintain the structural integrity of your applications.
Feasable Payments: To satisfy statutory Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements mandated by the Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC).
Feasable Ads: We use anonymized tracking pixels and API integrations (Meta Conversions API, Google Ads API) to train algorithmic models for your specific campaigns. We do not sell your customer data to third-party data brokers.
4. Security Standards
All data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 standards. All data in transit flows through strict TLS 1.3 tunnels. Our internal databases operate within highly restricted Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs) inaccessible from the public internet.
